By signing up for the one-month free trial of Salvo Journeys ("Software"), you ("User") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sandbox Environment: The Software provides access to a sandbox environment for testing and evaluation purposes only. This sandbox environment utilizes simulated voter data and allows users to select a county and precinct to test the outreach tools provided by the Software.

Trial Period: The free trial period lasts for one (1) month from the date of User sign-up. User may choose to cancel the trial at any time during the trial period. No payment method is required for the trial period, and no costs will be incurred by the User during this time. After the trial period, if User decides to continue using the Software, an organization account must be created, or the user can join an existing organization by invite.

 

Use of Simulated Voter Data: User acknowledges that the sandbox environment contains simulated voter data and agrees not to use this data for any purpose other than evaluating the functionality and features of the Software.

 

No Voter Outreach: User agrees not to use the sandbox environment for actual voter outreach or campaign activities. The sandbox environment is solely for feature testing.

 

Transition to Live Account: When User is ready to activate a live account, existing organization administrators can add User to an existing Salvo Journey or, if User is an organization administrator, they will be able to create a live Salvo Journey at any time.

 

By using the Software, User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions during the one-month free trial. If User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not sign up use the Software during the trial period.
